John’s “The Sixth Sense” flashback review, July 19, 2021
“The Sixth Sense” – This psychological thriller stars Haley Joel Osment as a boy who sees dead people and Bruce Willis as the psychologist who tries to help him. Much of the film toes the line between dull and fascinating, but the ending ties everything together brilliantly. Willis and Osment deliver strong performances, the cinematography is impressively somber and although it’s not a pure horror movie, some scenes are quite chilling. B+
