“Dark Phoenix” – Long-delayed “X-Men” film adapting the famous comic arc on the new timeline.

“Late Night” – Dramedy about inner workings of a late-night show.

June 14

“Men in Black: International” – Tessa Thompson and Chris Hemsworth come over from the MCU as a new alien-busting duo.

“Shaft” – Third-generation sequel to the 1970s classic, with Samuel L. Jackson returning as the middle Shaft.

“The Dead Don’t Die” — Arguably the most loaded zombie-film cast ever assembled is led by Bill Murray, Adam Driver, Steve Buscemi, Tilda Swinton and Chloe Sevigny.

June 21

“Toy Story 4” – Latest entry in the legendary animated series.

“Child’s Play” – New entry in the old horror franchise, with Mark Hamill as Chucky’s voice.

“Annabelle Comes Home” – The “Conjuring” universe keeps cranking ’em out with this third “Annabelle” installment.

“Yesterday” — A man enters an alternate reality where the Beatles never existed and becomes a superstar by performing their songs.

“Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw” – Franchise’s first spinoff, starring Dwayne Johnson and Jason Statham.

“The New Mutants” – “X-Men” franchise gets an infusion of the horror genre in long-delayed film. (Moved to April 3, 2020.)

“Dora and the Lost City of Gold” – Live-action version of the animated toddlers’ favorite, this time for older kids.

Aug. 9

“Artemis Fowl” – Family fantasy adventure. (Moved to May 29, 2020.)

“Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark” – Teen horror.

“Blinded By the Light” — In 1980s Britain, Bruce Springsteen’s music helps a teen through tough times.

“Good Boys” – R-rated comedy about sixth-graders behaving badly.

“47 Meters Down: Uncaged” – Sequel to the shark thriller, this time with double the terrified divers.
