A former technical writer and lifelong movie fan, Shaune Redfield was a regular contributor to RFMC in 2018-19 and he came up with the site’s name. He watched horror movies at too young an age – and too late at night — in his shag-carpeted, wood-paneled basement. Today, he still watches movies in his basement, on a bigger screen with better sound quality – but with the same amount of enthusiasm.
